      - Good pay overall - Good benefits overall - Expensed gas and business expenses - Good people to work with overall

      Cons

      - Micromanagement is the name of the game and the current management is experts at it. Be prepared to be questioned why you are .08 miles from a store when you submit a notebook - Toxic work culture with lower and upper management - No pulse on the market and what is actually wanted by customers - Went from a company that actually cared about their employees and wanted to keep them and allow them to learn and move up in the company, to a company that doesn’t care about the safety of its employees over their dollar amounts. - No fairness with independents compared to chain accounts. No love for the small business, just wants to push volume and dollars.

      Pros

      In a declining industry, Sazerac is one of the few companies that continues to grow

      Cons

      A lot of changes over the past year, and not for the better. The managerial style pushed from top down has become a lot more micromanaging against the will of middle management. The "big brother" vibe really throws away a lot of the positives for getting into the industry. Expectations are usually unrealistic, and even successes are met with, "What can we do better" meetings.

      Pros

      Pay, prestige, gaining experience, industry leader. Coworkers are generally pleasant and talented.

      Cons

      management is toxic and incompetent. HR is also incompetent. No values related to DEI, corporate responsibility (or sustainability). Unreasonable deadlines. Constant fire drills and chaos. Strategy and goals always changing. No promoting from within. Poor incentive structure. Arbitrary projects and make work. No commitment to improvement. Cronyism. Disrespectful management. No psychological safety. High turnover.
