Bad Culture

Pros

At first Sazerac was entrepreneurial, innovative and challenged the industry norms.

Cons

Culture went downhill when they decided to hire a huge sales force and fire our largest distributor. Leadership set unattainable goals to make up for their bad decisions and beat you down everyday to work harder and get results even though there is not enough bourbon to go around and the largest brand is dying. No bonus or raises. Sinking ship.

Pros

Management within the region teams are great.

Cons

Upper leadership has a tyrant mentality and demean and treat others without respect during large scale meetings and it is cringe worthy. The goals are unattainable and bonuses are almost impossible to achieve. Also, there are little to no career opportunities, once you’re hired expect to have to leave to go do whatever you need to next.
