      It is a good way to get into the liquor industry.

      Cons

      The CEO and CCO has made this the most toxic work environment that I have ever experienced. They are cutting so many people, marketing, and making changes to programs that have bee successful for years. There is no upward movement and they continue to hire outside of the company and industry. It's really sad to see because I thought this company would be my career. They are going to run it into the ground. If you are looking to move to this company, don't .

      Pros

      -You will gain skills above your title & grade which will make you more marketable due to the fact that the company is hyper-lean. This is THE PLACE that you won't need to embellish your resume when/if you decide to move on. -Everyone contributes; very little dead weight. Non-contributors get exposed quickly. -Not a very political environment - no time for it & management won't tolerate it. -Pay is above industry average.

      Cons

      -Benefits are below industry norms & the company treats it like a badge of honor. -Clear have/have-not culture. -Upper mgmt not receptive to ideas. -Many have felt misled about their career growth opportunities. -You will get an incremental job you did not interview for due to the leanness of the organization.
