Pros

We make and sell alcoholic beverages. The products are great. The company is growing. If you're in sales, the befefits are great.

Cons

The Company is going through a lot of change. Hard to get a direction when the direction is not clear. Compensation is not flexible and there is no benefit to extra effort.

Pros

You are a part of the most award winning whiskey distillery in America. The final product is amazing and people visit your work site on their vacations. Small company, get to wear several hats and get exposure to several areas. Company culture is to be "the best place to work".

Cons

HR department is distant. VERY lean on headcount - hourly and salary - and does not match growth. Growth has outpaced existing capacity with no plans for improvement.
