      Great Coworkers, interesting products, challenging work, good compensation.

      Cons

      Management direction inconsistent, the only true decision maker is the CEO and he changes direction based on his mood. Followers do better in this company than leaders do. Too much time on administrative work that could be done by an admin.

      as much OT as you can possibly want. most of the time more than you want actually. They also have a very relaxed dress code and several shifts

      They treat union employees far better than non union employees.
