Lack of diversity and lack of women in leadership. Very much the good ole boys club. I saw men with several complaints against them and a lack of any work ethic keep their jobs while they fired others because they didn't want to move around the country. They care more about seniority than quality of work. I believe they get a way with a lot being a privately held corporation. They care more about their bottom line than people. They just fired almost everyone in a specific role, but hired OUTSIDE the company for other roles, knowing they were about to layoff over 50 people.
