      Pros

      The plant in at is a lot different than most being that it’s very new and they set out to make sure it was different. Good pay. Willing to work with you. Great schedule with lots of time off. They want to promote from within and will help you to achieve that.

      Cons

      Communication from the office to the floor could be a lot better. Reactive maintenance cell instead of pro active.

      Terrible work-life balance, little regard for employees beyond compensation, terrible facility managers, poor performance and financials, very poor union/company relationship
