Whoever wrote the comment that panhandling is better and that the executives are unapproachable must not work on the operations team. Our operations leadership is the best I’ve ever worked with in terms of work ethic, responding to employees and caring about people while protecting the business that pays for all our salaries. I have watched plant managers and leaders in our distilleries work selflessly to help everyone during these challenging times. This isn’t the kind of company where the executives are unapproachable so that comment makes zero sense. The CEO emails updates about the business to everyone. It’s like I’ve never seen at any other company with executive responses which is why I’m responding to this person as the comment is so far off base from what reality is. I don’t know what system is so oppressive or set up to avoid lawsuits either so that is a mystery comment as well. If you don’t like it, you have the choice everyday not to work here. I’m sure there are more grateful people in the 17 million unemployed we could have on our team.
