      Pros

      I have been working at Sazerac for several years. The people in this company are, by far, the best and nicest I have worked with in this industry. There is a humble "can-do" culture at Sazerac providing internal support and autonomy to get the job done. The leadership is very strategic and the company will continue to be a bigger player in the industry. Best career move I have made!

      No real "cons" come to mind. If you work hard and smart here, you will have fun and be rewarded.

      Pros

      This is the best company to work for in the Spirits Industry hands down. Employees are valued and team work is celebrated. Creative ideas are encouraged as well as taking initiative. Trust and integrity are paramount and the company practices this and many other positive ideals.

      Cons

      No cons come to mind. If there is an opportunity for the company or brands to evolve, management is open to exploring and is agile enough to act.
