Pros
Sazerac is a progressive, growing company seeking team members who want to win. Employees are rewarded through pay and benefits, but also through opportunities. I was given advancement opportunities within my first 6 months with the company based on results that I lead. I have seen 3 other colleagues promoted in the last few months for delivering results the right way. The company has a plan and values personal growth & development. I could not say this about other companies I have worked for, but I would recommend Sazerac to anyone looking to join a well respected, growing, leader in the spirits industry.
Cons
Not a down side in my opinion, but I feel it important to share. There are no free lunches at Sazerac. I have seen people hide out in other large companies and simply bide their time. I believe that mindset will make it tough for folks as everyone is asked to pitch in.
