      Barely pay above market average, but the expected hours does now make the pay worth it

      Cons

      If you enjoy working 24/7- then Sazerac is for you because that is the explanation. Lean/ short staffing Expectations and priorities constantly changing day to day Frequent firings/ people being let go for "missing" numbers or sales, but no accountability or acknowledgement that missed numbers is driven by confusion and lack of clear direction.

      Compensation, entrepreneurial, innovative, company strength and growth, great CEO

      Cons

      Zero work-life balance. Zero career-pathing and extremely limited upward mobility. "Gotcha" culture; pointing fingers as the go-to CYA tactic, versus leadership taking personal accountability. Impersonal leadership with very little regard for direct reports' professional development. No training or continuing education opportunities for middle or upper management. No vehicle to provide feedback on leadership -- top-down only.
