Pros

-Growing company, acquiring big brands and pouring more into national marketing. -Ambitious, young MDRs contributing to a friendly, fun work atmosphere -Pay, benefits

Cons

- Micromanagement - Inexperienced management and upper management newer to the alcohol industry. - Work life balance in the on premise is almost non existent. - Vertical movement in the company is unorganized, promotion opportunities are unavailable to most. - Relationship with distributor network varies by region/market. Some markets have a successful model for it, others do not. You will see markets with good distributor relationships get way more support than those with a weak relationship while still being held to the same standards. - Training is dysfunctional. It is made to sound like a priority but rarely are training opportunities impactful. - KPI’s change frequently. Goals are often unattainable. SOPs change about every 6 months.

Pros

Flexible hours. Management only speaks to you when they need a report.

Cons

Racist, discriminatory environment. Many coworkers are too afraid to speak up in fear of losing their job. Which often happens when you prove to have an original thought.
