      -Fair pay and work/life balance -For most we are not micromanaged -Sazerac still growing despite tough market conditions

      -Company struggles to measure success accurately -KPI's do not always align with core functions of job -Senior management no longer have a great grasp on the MDR program and what we bring

      Great pay and advancement opportunities, but poor culture

      The pay and amount of paid time off are great and there are definitely opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent due to poor company culture and values. Leadership only cares about results and doesn’t care about the well-being of employees. You are not a person to them. You are a number.
