      There were pros but not many. It was a difficult environment from day 1.

      Cons

      The culture is not people focused. You have to be willing to accept that going in.

      Good pay if/when bonus pays out Learn a lot Some good produces - especially bourbons

      Cons

      Goals are unrealistic Bad reputation of treating retailers and wholesalers poorly No personal or professional development, just push for numbers turnover is high over last few years
