Pros

Coming through the door, great pay. Organization is very flat and leadership is open to new ideas and team members leading their respective work. Company is growing and working to implement new strategies to improve work experience and career growth. Leadership training for example and well defined career development model.

Cons

Because the company is growing, there are some growing pains. We are also very lean so you must stay focused, keep a clear line of sight on your priorities, and work hard in your role. Can be come quickly overwhelmed if you do not do these three things.
