Pros

Pay, good products, easy sell

Cons

Toxic, no flexibility, not great career growth, no integrity, low morale. We’re turning into glorified Red Bull reps that can sell liquor. Really sad and disappointing that this is what’s it’s come to. No genuine interaction anymore, can’t trust middle management to help you, and they’re only in it now to make a quick buck. No customer service, and continuing to be out of touch with what we even do every day even when we give feedback and try to get at least something to resonate with management.

Overwork is the norm

Pros

Pay is good and job is secure.

Cons

Benefits are bad. Insurance is expensive and doesn't do much. Management will lie to your face on a regular basis. Employee's are unimportant. They have a career development and personal development system in place but very rarely promote from within. The career and personal development systems are both entirely solo activities with no real feedback or assistance. They expect their workers to work 7 days a week but none of the management works more than 5. Supervisors required to work 6 days a week and change shifts as needed. Union workers frequently work a month or more without a single day off.

Pros

Great Coworkers, interesting products, challenging work, good compensation.

Cons

Management direction inconsistent, the only true decision maker is the CEO and he changes direction based on his mood. Followers do better in this company than leaders do. Too much time on administrative work that could be done by an admin.
