      Excellent culture, people and products. Desire to win, the right way. Gives back to its communities every day! Wants to make a difference for customers, employees and communities it is in. Very exciting place to be for those who are committed to making a positive difference.

      Hard working and results oriented culture is not for everyone, only those who are excited to make a positive difference every day!

      * Significantly more freedom to make recommendations and develop new programs to drive the business forward than experienced in other companies. * Mix of responsibility for national programs and local initiatives keeps work fresh. * Ability to lead sponsorships, partnerships, and traditional on and off premise trade programs.

      Cons

      The company continues to experience tremendous growth and has done a good job of adding resources to accommodate it. This will need to continue as it expands.
