      Great pay and advancement opportunities, but poor culture

      Pros

      The pay and amount of paid time off are great and there are definitely opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent due to poor company culture and values. Leadership only cares about results and doesn’t care about the well-being of employees. You are not a person to them. You are a number.

      Valuable industry knowledge overshadowed by high turnover and poor learning tools

      You will gain a depth of industry knowledge

      Cons

      -There was a lot of turnover within the marketing and sales teams and a huge strategic shift from the top down that eliminated a lot of roles. -When I was there, Sazerac hada very clunky learning and development software that they made us write self reports in monthly. Each manager approached these differently, with some placing a huge emphasis on it and others just checking a box.
