Pros

I love working at Sazerac because the unique and outstanding product we produce, along with the people that make the company successful. Coworkers, leadership, and everyone in between is phenomenal.

Cons

With growth, comes the growing pains. New processes, internal changes, and all around willingness to see the bigger picture will be beneficial to every team..help one another not lose sight of the ultimate goal in mind. We all want to be successful.

Pros

Health benefits are in line with most decent companies. The CEO Mark Brown seems like a good guy but whoever is running the outsides sales teams and hiring all of these people (MDMs) (Regionals) are running it into the ground.

Cons

This company is a complete mess. Micromanaging like crazy. By hiring a bunch of managers that are all friends with no experience you have destroyed this sales team. The MDM roles are pointless, they are glorified babysitters who lead with scare tactics. The managers were hired from outside because they are friends with the Regionals. (Hire your buddy) Internal more competent employees were passed over for people with no experience. Every month they change the expectations adding more and more work and so much busy work to take home. On top of all the homework they have useless calls with outdated data. PTO is a joke; 15 days sounds decent until you realize its vacation and sick time together. So, if you get covid and out for 2 weeks, you have 5 days of vacation left. Sazerac cannot even deliver product with the new distributors in Texas and want you to sale something that doesn't show up into stores. Alot of angry accounts who are not getting product and management has no updates and are completely lost.
