      Pros

      Interesting company, the products and bottling lines are really neat. The people who work there are also incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I think there’s good opportunities for growth, the company itself seems to grow significantly, constantly.

      Cons

      They expect way too much from employees. I worked at the plant when it was fairly new so staffing was not where it needed to be. Because of that it was very common to receive phone calls after hours, some people getting regular calls in the middle of the night, and the expectation was that people worked all hours.

With such rapid growth and obstacles starting a new plant itself, we do tackle obstacles as a team and come out celebrating on the other side.

      They pay above market because they treat you poorly

      Cons

      That talk about improvements, but don’t want to hear your ideas. They talk the talk but don’t believe it. The leadership is there only for the outrageous bonuses and will walk on anyone to get it. If you speak up, they will silence you. They will fire you if you continue to have you own opinions.

      Hard work and blue collar culture, definintely not for everyone.
