      Very good place to work. Just lots of Hours

      Pros

      Pay was good. Benefits were good. The plant manager was out on the floor a lot checking on employees. They took good care of their employees and listened to their problems.

      Cons

      Twelve hour days are very rough. Also a rolling schedule which is a goo and bad thing. Made making plans kind of difficult. Also a lacked a very good training program, but they were working to improve that as i left.
