      Pros

      The culture is absolutely the best thing about Sazerac! They value family time and work life balance like no other company I’ve worked for. The people are fantastic! They absolutely want to see you succeed and will equip you with whatever you need to get there. The pay and time off are also huge bonuses!!

      The company is growing drastically and very quickly, so there are some processes and systems that have not caught up yet
