Around 8 people who work there were decent humans

Cons

Absolute favoritism, and if you didn't worship the ground that the 20-something "leadership" walked on, you weren't in the favorites group Extreme bro culture. Heard multiple misogynistic and transphobic comments made, including by a CEO who's claimed to value LGBTQ+ lives Work harder, not smarter. In fact, don't even bring up ideas for working smarter. You get paid to do, not to think.

The people at the lower level are fantastic and the contributors are equally amazing. Training was good. Platforms used were good.

Cons

Unorganized chaos. They will give you a new title but won't update your pay. A lot of restructuring. A lot of layoffs. I was laid off by email and lost access to everything immediately after working there for 9 months. The week before I was laid off, I was moved to a team that was told they were being awarded a $2,000 bonus for our hard work and had a whole entire meeting to congratulate us on our performance. It was harsh but ultimately led me to a better opportunity! I was supposed to get maternity leave but the company Scale goes through messed up paperwork and said they couldn't fix it even though I filed for it in advance so even if they say they offer maternity leave, be cautious!
