Scrappy professionals who move mountains when we put our minds to it. I can't understate how amazing it is to work with competent people and a leadership team that has a clear strategy that seems like it actually makes sense. The people are enthusiastic about doing great work together and I love that environment. I also love the recent gifts we've been receiving. It was nice getting champagne delivered to my apartment to celebrate hitting a milestone.

Cons

My last manager was stretched very thin. Some of the eng managers have had 15 reports but we've hired more managers recently who hopefully will help with this
