Pros

- Lot of things to do and learn - Lot of space to grow

Cons

- Management is horrible; bad culture and lot of managers don't know how to deal with people. - Overwork is everywhere; tired people is a constant. - Lots of rotation. - Depending on the assigned project, it's common to face unrealistic deadlines that drive people to crazy amounts of overwork.
