Schaefer is by far the best company for which I've worked. They truly care about your development as an employee and actually have development paths to help you reach your goals. They're patient and truly want you to learn what you're doing and why you're doing it. They also care about you as a person. Not only do your immediate coworkers get to know you, but upper management sets up semi-regular meetings with employees just to get to know them better. They have employee appreciation week and many appreciation events throughout the year.
Cons
Working between the different offices is difficult, but it's great that you can work in one location and use the resources at another office.
