      Ebb and flow of industry activity. Shifting deadlines and competing deadlines hard to manage. (Typical challenges of the industry).

      Pros

      Diverse projects with a strong emphasis on employee development. Great staff and lots of smart talented people willing to help and bounce ideas off of. Very understanding / flexible regarding working from home and alternate schedules.

      Cons

      Office can be a bit noisy. While the company does lots of different project types, you need to be vocal is you don't want to be pigeonholed into one market.
