Good discount, very friendly co-workers.

Cons

Where do I even begin? Utterly incompetent management with leadership that has no clue on what their doing. Very unrealistic standards and very high favoritism. Unbelievable turnover rate. Pay did not match unrealistic workload. Company is not with the times in terms of efficiency.

Lack of leadership, poorly trained ASLs, incompetent mangers. Scheels has over 150 assistant store leaders and store leaders. Zero of them are not white. Zero. All of their leadership is white.
