Pros
Scheels has an excellent ESOP and discount program - a main reasons employees stay long term. Much of the policies are black and white, so as long as you come on time, do your work, you'll get by working here. Great benefits if you're married and your spouse works there full time as well. Company contributes nicely to premiums.
Cons
Unfortunately, at a point you'll no longer grow in your position or salary; but they'll reconfirm how awesome the ESOP program is to lock you in to staying. They'll continue to get the hours out of you and you working on the floor while you continue to believe you're here for retirement in 40 years.
