The discount is amazing. Helping customers that are appreciative can be a rewarding experience.

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. As a shop manager you get treated poorly by just about everyone. I’ve literally had people complain that I didn’t come to work on my day off. The management doesn’t have your back, they are extremely disrespectful, and hypocritical. There is a high turnover rate for a reason. Upper management also isn’t great. They went out of their way to limit how much money you can earn by lowering commission rates on firearms. They also cut rewards programs that allowed employees to get product for free by selling well.
