Great benefits and a fun place to work. They are good with your schedule. Can make as much as you want if you are good at sales.

Cons

Have you do a lot for how much you get paid. Lots of shop work and they demand a lot from you.

Great pay, great discount, great people, overall a very warm and welcoming work environment.

Cons

No cons. Absolutely respectful of your personal life and respectful of your wishes. Perhaps a few improvements here and there with training newcomers, but that's pretty much it.
