It's not even a con - it's a outdoor enthusiasts dream. if you're not passionate about it, the theme can get tiring, and there's a lot of policy (but MOST for good reason). Those who choose to leave often are going for a more fluid environment / more hip. This is a 115 year old company that has a culture that won't be going anywhere - so while it's easy to say adapt to change - there are somethings that can't, and won't change that will turn away individuals. Me? I'm tired of wearing a tie and shaving every day because the policy says so, I would probably do it every day but not having that option makes it a HR logistical nightmare.
