Great discount, fun group of people to work with. Access to 3.5 program for areas you sell in or all for management.

Cons

Retail hours, favoritism runs rampant with store leader. Certain employees given special hours and pay regardless of performance. Mangers with poor performance not acted upon.

Great discounts and decent benefits. Fun co-works make for a great environment and an enjoyable time at work. Fun product.

Cons

Long hours, especially around the holidays but that is typical retail. Work every other weekend and low pay for the amount of work.
