Pros

Most of the people who work there are nice enough but the managers can be nasty if you get on the wrong side of them. The discount is very nice.

Cons

The company does not work well with schedules. If you cannot make a few of the mandatory training meetings you will be asked about it and then asked to resign. You also have to push the visa on people.

Pros

The People: The friendliness the management team stresses is huge. You rarely get a truly mad customer walking through the door. When the customers are happy, the workers are happy, and the managers are happy. Incredible Discount - Don't let it be the reason you keep your job, it will be tough.

Cons

For the amount of money made in each store, they really drive a hard bargain with pay. They are about 20 years behind with technology.
