Pros
Fun and friendly culture with Amazing discount! There is a $150 dollar limit for part timers, but can easily get approval if you need to go over. ESOP is another great benefit. Full timers are automatically invested but part timers can get ESOP as well. As long as you work 1000 hours a year for 3 years you can be fully invested.
Cons
As a part timer, company surprisingly holds high expectations for sales goals and especially visas. Makes work distasteful at times when being constantly reminded to meet goals. Sales and work hours can be terrible depending on certain months which could make work real boring.
