      Pros

      Easily the best reason to work there is the discount which is the only benefit extended to part time employees. However, PT employees are capped at a $150/month limit which is easily reached.

      Cons

      My location had approximately 25 different managers. This leads to some very Office Space-esque situations in terms of redundancy and conflicting messages.

      Pros

      Most of the management are nice and they work with you when you do not understand something. Always able to ask questions. Able to get bonuses.

      Cons

      If you want a lot of hours you may not get them. And the only way to get a day off that you work is to switch with someone else.

      Good people, fun atmosphere to work in. sell great products and can compete with any big chain sports supply store.

      Cons

      turnover of young employees happens too often. Can be extremely busy during the holidays. hours to work are sometime difficult.
