I really enjoyed working at Scheels! It’s a fast paced and fun environment. The pay is competitive with other retail stores. I wish I still worked there, but we moved out of the DFW area. Plenty of room for advancement if you work hard and stay motivated.

Cons

Most of the management are awesome, but some assistant store leaders let their power go to their heads and make things difficult. However, it’s easy to avoid them, which I found to be effective in staying off their radar.
