Employee Discount (although still hard to afford anything) ESOP - but the catch is the more you make the better it is, so the high ups and people who get commission are the ones who benefit the most. They provide uniform shirts. You’ll usually find a good share of really great people. They have a thing where employees can check out product and “demo” it. Very cool. Support staff get weekends off.

Cons

Pay is bare minimum for any position not in sales or management, the managers shoot down raise requests and push the benefits which would be a great case if the benefits were all across the board fantastic. They will push that not working weekends is a huge perk and worth the lesser pay but I would trade working weekends for an extra couple hundred on my paychecks twice a month. Working as support you are expected to keep everything running smoothly and the sales people can treat you like you are beneath them. It can be really discouraging.
