great pay for job type great benefits for job type easy to advance yourself and decide your own success very training and knowledge oriented taught important sales and marketing strategies

Cons

very rule heavy (stacks of paperwork your first night of work about all the ways you can get fired, but once you get past this its rare you ever run into most of it again, they are just very up front about all of the regulations in place, most is common sense though..) customer is always first, even when it makes absolutely no sense for it.

Easily the best reason to work there is the discount which is the only benefit extended to part time employees. However, PT employees are capped at a $150/month limit which is easily reached.

Cons

My location had approximately 25 different managers. This leads to some very Office Space-esque situations in terms of redundancy and conflicting messages.
