      Pros

      Discount is awesome (you receive everything at store cost so around 50% off), sense of ownership, ESOP, attractions within store, family owned, private company.

      Cons

      Upper management is Very cliquey. You can be running one of the best shops in the company and will get looked over for advancement if not in inner circle. Store leader is close to non existent therefore left feeling lack of support. Specialty Shop managers are often treated very poorly by assistant Store leaders. Little room for advancement unless you are willing to wait 10 years.

      Discount, Hour flexibility, co-workers, wide selection of product available

      Cons

      The job started out great and everyone seemed to want to help everyone out. For some reason that changed. Management mostly will constantly be on you about secret shops. The amount of times cashiers are treated like they need a babysitter or need their hand held is almost absurd. Your staff are grown adults, its time you start treating them as such again. Hopefully this goes back to the enjoyable workplace it used to be or it may be time to move on.
