Thank you so much! We’ve started a lot of careers over the years at Schellman. We have a CEO that grew her career internally from a senior leader and became head of the firm, executives that have been here for the bulk of their career, and just last year, a record number of promotions across the firm. For the past three to five years we’ve been in a period of high growth. It’s understandable that a phase like this brings change when you’re trying to scale an organization. As for work/life balance, we try to provide avenues between PTO, our company time off, holiday jump-starts, and summer Fridays so that you can feel more refreshed to take on the fast pace of our high-performance environment. We also just announced nearly 60 promotions across the business, something we’re very proud of and excited about, and we hope you understand that we take our employees and their success very seriously.
