      Pros

      I enjoy working here because everyone is treated fairly and respectfully, no matter your position. I feel top management really cares about us all, especially now during this pandemic. Management does a great job of keeping us informed on where we stand as a Company and as individuals . The benefits package is awesome, along with bonuses. There are also various classes/courses/groups you can join to further your career or for personal growth.

      Cons

      My only con would be that now I do not get to see my co-workers.

      Pros

      This firm has been a wonderful place to work especially during this time of the pandemic. Leadership has been very transparent and communicative with the rest of the firm throughout the process and its business model is equipped to handle the situation given that we essentially work remotely already. There is a strong encouragement for learning here which is shown by the many educational resources along with support of certifications and licenses. Managers are very supportive as well and will always help where possible to ensure that the team is not overwhelmed. Compensation, bonuses, and perks are also the cherry on top!
