      Work life balance, strong leadership, work from home, salary, benefits

      Cons

      slow-no progression without CISSP. Not having the CISSP overshadows the value you can bring to he firm outside of a senior role despite other professional certifications and years of proven experience and skillset. If not looking for career progression is a great place to work.
