Pros

Management is committed to being transparent and supporting its employees, while also encouraging high quality performance for both the firm and its clients. We're encouraged to ask questions and provide upward feedback all the time. My direct supervisors are also some of the most genuine, intelligent, kind people I've ever worked with. I'm always made to feel like a valued member of the team. The benefits and compensation are also ridiculously good.

Cons

I really don't have any. I usually roll my eyes at people who say this, but I'm grateful to work for this company and I can absolutely see myself staying with them until I (hopefully) retire.

Increasing expectations on Seniors Project stack (your responsibility regardless if it's from client delays) Opaque, not diverse middle Managers Experience depends entirely on Manager Isolation, work siloed by title Legacy project management systems and failed replacement switchover No upward feedback to Managers You're solely responsible for your projects
