Pros

I worked at Schellman in 2015 and it was the best place to work. I had an opportunity to work with a great team, amazing pay, profit sharing, and a fun fun annual event. The best though was the type of work that we had an opportunity to be part of. It wasn't boring and nobody micromanages you like they did when I was at a big 4. Also, I enjoyed the diversity of the team.

Cons

The reason I left was the travel, which like any consulting firm it can mean being on the road a lot. But it was only M-Th and now I see there were lots of days I worked remotely. Nothing else is a con.

Everything from the benefits to salaries to the work available to do - Schellman has made a consistent environment that invests in attracting top talent in every area and going out of the way to ensure that talent is not just taken care of but challenged to improve and succeed in their career.

Cons

The only real con would be the growing pains - though I am not sure how much of a negative is...

Pros include industry leading salary and benefits, smart coworkers, constantly growing business, lots of work from home assignments, annual company trip, and profit sharing via quarterly bonuses.

Cons

Not many cons to speak of, occasional long hours (infrequent compared to peers in public accounting) and possible frequent travel depending on location.
