      Pros

      The firm compensates us well for what we do between the actual salary and the benefits. I have great direct managers and the directors and principals are just as approachable and easy to talk to as anyone else in the firm. I enjoy the mix of client work I get to take on, especially as I grow more experienced and become a go-to person for special projects. The opportunities for movement within the firm are great, as long as you put the time in to contribute to the practice you were hired into first.

      Cons

      Bonuses have become a bit less clear as to what we should expect, in particular due to the growth of the firm.
