Schellman offers best in class benefits which include: - Lots of opportunities to work from home - Reimbursement for certifications and trainings - Annual company sponsored trip for you and guest - Dollar for dollar 401K match up to 10% of your salary - Fully paid for health insurance - 5 weeks of PTO The benefits are great, however, the best part of Schellman is the culture. There are many benefits: 10% 401K matching, quarterly bonus program, work-life balance without micromanaging, opportunities for travel, open door policy, direct access to the partners, and lots of training.
