      Pros

      Schellman's onboarding process was detailed and very efficient. I met with a recruiting manager to determine where my expertise would best fit prior to interviewing and she guided me along the way. I met with several different members of the hiring department who provided information about the position and asked relevant questions about my expertise.

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      Schellman always finds a way to recognize hard work. Whether it be a gift, compensation, or a review there is never a lack of recognition. The Columbus office is a collaborative team with someone usually there to support a job if needed. PTO is encouraged and never an expectation to work while on vacation.

      Cons

      Sometimes if a project goes over scheduled time it can begin to overlap with another project which can be overwhelming at times. There are clients that can be difficult to work with that can make a project stressful and inefficient, but I do not believe that is something that is unique to Schellman.
