You're given multiple ways to have your opinion be heard, no matter what your title is. -There is a really great set of values within the company that are practiced every step of the way. -The company is run very efficiently; The Schellman approach is very refreshing in comparison to industry norms. -Management is always looking for ways to improve and be more dynamic and flexible. -Certifications are encouraged and there are several training opportunities -offered. -You actually learn in-depth information about the work; You're not just a trained monkey copying PY work and changing your initials. However, everyone is always willing to help you with any questions and coach you through new tasks. -Overall, it sounds too good to be true... But it really is as great as it seems.
