Pros

Good management, good life/work balance, development/career opportunities. Interesting field - security/privacy. Work from home.

Cons

Work from home can be a bad side too as we don't see much people outside zoom meetings. It will also change after Covid...

Work life balance and a great team

Pros

- company doesn't take on extra work when there is no one available to work on them, thus preserving a strong work life balance instead of overloading employees - benefits and compensation are top tier - 10% 401(k) match is incredible, amongst others - push for certifications and higher education - annual company trip - great company growth year over year - all members of Management are exceptionally knowledgeable

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but projects can move relatively quickly. If you are not on top of your project(s), you can fall behind. However, the teams have periodic stand up calls to check in on progress and how people are feeling workload wise to ensure people aren't overloaded.
